FMT is a strength and conditioning program for your joints. Stronger joints contribute to literally every athletic endeavor you do. Why? Because the more range of motion you have, the more movement solutions you have access to. The more movement solutions you have, the less likely you are to become injured and the more athletic you become. The reality is, you can’t move where you don’t move. Those spots within those ranges that you don’t have access to have a higher potential for injury. This program is designed to give you access to the lost ranges of motion, strengthen them, and ultimately making you a more robust human being.
